Description: Clancy Quantity Surveying provided a full Professional Quantity Surveying Service on the refurbishment & extension of Rockhill House in Letterkenny, Co Donegal.  The three storey over basement building dating back to the 17th century was a former headquarters to the Irish Defence Forces between 1936 and 2009. It was purchased in 2014 by the current owners in extremely poor condition and  following a complete refurbishment and addition of a function room, opened its doors to the public in 2018 as an elegant country manor house & estate.
