Description: Clancy Quantity Surveying provided a full Professional Quantity Surveying Service on the refurbishment & extension of Sligo Junction Service Station, Collooney, Co Sligo.  Situated adjacent to the busy N4 & N17 roads, this extremely busy service station was fully refurbished and extended in 2015. The site combines a Gulf Oil forecourt, Mace shop & Deli outlet and a Hot Rods fast food restaurant & drive-thru. The existing business remained in full operation throughout the phased construction stage.
